What can I do if I have ordered things that are being shipped but I am never at home the hours they deliver?

Your choices are to have the items delivered to your place of work, if the employer allows, have the items signed for by a trusted neighbor and held for you upon return, or to contact UPS and have the items held at dispatch for your personal pick up.
