There are Much Better Forms of Motor Sports in The USA.
But the Media, and people give so much attention towards the boring and wreck filled "sport" of Nascar. why is this ?

In the US motor sports are basically for blue-collar people. White collar folks like golf, and watching the four major sports. NASCAR gives blue-collar people heros they can relate to. That's simplistic I know-but do you really think the water cooler talk at a Wall Street firm is about any form of motorsport? Flavio Briatone and his girlfriends seem kind of sad and creepy to the average American, but Mark Martin is the kind of guy you could invite to a BBQ party and down a few Bud with.
