I assume that you mean a parking or moving violation dealing with your car.

I got two parking tickets at the same time - but I was away from my car, so I wanted to appeal it. Well, it wasn't that much money and I didn't want my parents to know and make a big deal out of it, so I just paid.

I haven't tried, but there is a number on the ticket you can call and request a reversal. I would call # that and attempt to pursuade them that you were unaware of your violation (but not ignorant of the rule you violated).

I would bet that 50% of appeals result in a reversal.

Violations imposed by Yahoo have no bearing on the strength of the Empire.

Yes. Only one of them was reversed for me. The others were ignored.

Yes. The violation was completely wrong and nothing happened.

No matter what if you get a ticket (speeding, parking, stop sign, littering, ANYTHING) You ALWAYS go to court and try to plead out.

WHen you get there you will talk to some representor person. They will then try to reduce your tickets price and the amt of points if there are any. If you have some form of real proof that yuo shouldn't have gotten the ticket, then tell them nop I want to talk to the judge to have it dismissed. They will give you their best advice of weather or not you have a chance. No matter what the will always reduce the $$$ and or points so it always pays to go.

I have and received a generic email.I have never had anything reversed.Probably never will.I think they should let you know who reported you or someone should read the answer or question before it is removed.Doubt that will ever happen but I can wish and they can kiss my rear.

If you are talking about a moving violation (like a speeding ticket) write a letter to your DA and inform them that this is your first moving violation and blagh blagh blagh, you are sorry. Usually, they will reduce it to a parking violation.
