You can use PVC for the cold water and CPVC for the hot water supply. As noted, the drain will be the hardest part. Most codes now call for 2" drains on washers due to the more powerful pumps. The drain needs a trap and venting also.

PVC is the way to go, just get the glue (be careful it really sticks so don't spill it), and the stuff you clean both the outside and inside of pipe.

depending on your DIY skills the easiest way to get the water to the machine is polly pipe and push fit connectors but getting the waste away is another matter

Save yourself problems hire someone who knows what their doing. Make sure they have insurance on their work.
