I have never heard of a BIOS virus. What are the symptoms and who said you had a BIOS virus?
Open your BIOS and record all settings.
To clear your BIOS, carefully remove the battery for a few minutes. Check the condition of the battery (visual and voltage level).
Reinstall the battery and reboot. Open your BIOS and enter the settings you recorded. Save the settings and reboot again.
Hope I helped!
