100% true, no one takes responsibility for their own actions. Its always some sort of discrimination or racisim. Its those who use the excuse the most who are the biggest racists of them all.

Discrimination
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discrimination
The word discrimination comes from the Latin discriminare, which means to "distinguish between". However, discrimination, as used in this article, is more than distinction or differentiation; it is action based on prejudice resulting in unfair treatment of other people. To discriminate socially is to make a distinction between people on the basis of class or category without regard to individual merit. Examples of categories on which social discrimination is seen include race, religion, gender, weight, disability, ethnicity, height, employment circumstances, sexual orientation and age.
Distinctions between people which are based on individual merit (such as personal achievement, skill or ability) are generally not considered socially discriminatory. Consequently, prohibitions against such discrimination generally will not prevent a government from acting in a legitimate and justifiable way based upon the merit of an individual person.
Social theories such as Egalitarianism claim that social equality should prevail. In some societies, including most developed countries, each individual's civil rights include the right to be free from government sponsored social discrimination.[1]
In contrast, conservative writer and law professor Matthias Storme has claimed that the freedom of discrimination in human societies is a fundamental human right, or more precisely, the basis of all fundamental freedoms and therefore the most fundamental freedom. Author Hans-Hermann Hoppe, in an essay[2] about his book Democracy: The God That Failed, asserts that a natural social order is characterized by increased discrimination.
Unlawful discrimination can be characteristed as direct or slightly less direct. Direct discrimination involves treating someone less favourably because of their possession of a legally protected attribute (e.g., sex, age, race, religion, national origin, military status, disability, etc.), compared with someone without that attribute in the same circumstances. An example of direct discrimination would be not giving a woman a job because she is more likely to take maternity leave. Indirect discrimination involves setting a condition or requirement which a smaller proportion of those with the protected attribute are able to comply with, without reasonable justification. The case of Griggs v. Duke Power Company[2] provides an example of indirect discrimination, where an aptitude test used in job applications was found "to disqualify Negroes at a substantially higher rate than white applicants".Contents [hide]

Unfortunately, there are those people who have learned from an early age that if they whine, they get there way. When they learned they can sue for discrimination and get money, they were like horses champing at the bit.
As long as liberals, especially the liberal media and the liberal Supreme Court are running things, this will continue.
We need to be able to "fire" the media and the Supreme Court!

People want to take advantage of the fact that the US is a lawsuit society. Lawsuits have the potential of bringing in big dollars for the "victim" and the law firm, especially if it's a Title VII discrimination, i.e., discrimination based on sex, race, color, creed, or religion. And the larger the the company being accused the more money they have.

everyone's a victim and refuses to be personally accountable. well not everyone, i mean the whiners and complainers. when did society let personal responsibility slip away?
affirmative action and reverse discrimination comes to my mind. political correctness has gone overboard too. i think there should be no laws or quotas based on sex race or whatever.
however, maybe we can get away with some racial profiling since militant Islam in the Middle East is at war with us. i know this digresses from your question, but random searches at airports seem less effective than radical Islam looking searches, no? i guess they can and do shave the beard and dress in western clothing.

Simply that's the easiest way to win a law sue in the court room, the easiest way to get out of trouble, and the easiest way to have lots of brain-dead people to support you blindly.
You just label them as "racist" and nobody will want anything to do with it.
The best example: Discussion of Affirmative Action in Supreme Court a few years ago. Even Supreme Court Judges didn't want to deal with it.

That's the bottom line, not their way. Their saying you a racist, bigot or whatever is easier than looking at a different point of view. It's their way or the highway. They are children who do not know how to think. They are set in there ways and do not want to be confused by facts. You are fine, they are not. God bless :)

I think this is due to badly address the discrimination issues, so everyone refers to it coz none ( or the gov) hasn't addressed and defined it adequately.
We can't also say that other do discriminate and hide their actions behind some shallow issues such as "not doing you job right", "Mormon", or others

Amen sister! This also goes in line with the illegal immigration issue. If it's not discrimination they cry about, it's harassment.
