I heard that the parts were dumped somewhere on Ford's Island. Are they still there?

For the first 2 responders - the question is about the superstructure of the ship, which was removed. The hull sits on the bottom beneath the Arizona Memorial. If you had every visited the Memorial (as I have on several occasions) you would know that.

As far as where the superstructure was dumped - sorry - can't help

Here is a report on from the National Parks Service with an analysis of the Arizona Site for NHL status:

The report notes that the superstructure was salvaged during the war, but does not specify what happened to it.

The Arizona is a permanent memorial to those killed in Pearl Harbor, as such it remains intact on the ocean floor in Hawaii.
