okay, say if i burn a cd on a laptop that doesnt have lightscribe then put the cd in another laptop that has lightscribe, will i be able to label it?

Yes because you are burning the top part of the CD. If you are burning music in that computer that does not have one then you can go to the one that has lightscribe and flip the CD over and burn the image.

You should be able to, as long as you're using the special lightscribe CD/DVD (because it has to have the unique coating on the top side). Just make sure to burn the information to the bottom side on the first laptop, then do the lightscribe label with the top down in the lightscribe-enabled computer.

yes,it doesn't know what computer it was burn on,make sure you have a cd that is able to lightscribe
