ok, the only things i can remember about this movie are that its about a brother and sister and they are really nerdy, then somehow they become the most popular kids in school. in one scene they are tanning and she is holding one of those silver cardboard things under her chin to help her tan. thats about all that i can remember of it but it was a great show for me when i was a kid. please help....thanks!!!!

I have seen this movie. The brother and sister are playing themselves off as foriegn exchange students at their own school and end up being the most popular people there for a time. I can't remember the name though. I'll keep on the look out.

There's parts of what you remember that are in 'Ferris Buellers Day Off '(most popular kid in school, the silver sun tan thing) but stuff that isn't (brother and sister - in FBDO they were girlfriend and boyfriend). It's still a great 80's film worth checking out even if it wasn't the one you remember!
