I think that the CIA, and their mob connections, killed JFK. A few people and oswald shot him. They then all got in a car, and drove off. They were pulled over by a police offiecer, killed him and ran off in different directions. Oswald was caught and the CIA, covering their tracks, got Jack Ruby, using mob connections, to kill Oswald. Ruby agreed because he thought he would only get a five year manslauhgter charge. But he got death. Oswald was in the CIA, and the CIA unit that was used to kill him was Division D, the assassination unit, who had previously tried to kill Castro.

td17_uk, you are Incorrect. Ruby received the Death Penalty but his conviction and death sentence were overturned. Arrangements were underway for a new trial in February 1967, in Wichita Falls, Texas, when, on December 9, 1966, Ruby was admitted to Parkland Hospital in Dallas, suffering from pneumonia. Ruby died of a pulmonary embolism on January 3, 1967 at Parkland Hospital where Lee Harvey Oswald had died and President Kennedy had been pronounced dead after his assassination.

A year after his conviction, in March 1965, Ruby conducted a brief televised news conference in which he stated that "everything pertaining to what's happening has never come to the surface. The world will never know the true facts of what occurred, my motives. The people who had so much to gain, and had such an ulterior motive for putting me in the position I'm in, will never let the true facts come above board to the world."

Its been said that Mob boss Santos ‘Sam’ Traficanti had something to do with it as well.

I have to ask why a Jewish manager of various nightclubs, strip clubs, and dance halls was doing associating with mobsters like Sam and Joe Campisi, who were lieutenants of Carlos Marcello, the Mafia boss who had reportedly talked of killing the President. What was he, Jacob 'Jack Ruby' Rubenstein doing at the Dallas police station? How was he able to go there on at least 2 occasions carrying a gun?

There is more to it than a one man, one bullet theory.

I used to work for a guy whose father was one of the top prosecutors in Miami during the time. He claims it was definitely a mob hit with no govt involvement. JFK was actually in Miami before he went to Dallas and there was communication there where the mob was angry because they basically got him elected then he went and was trying to wipe them out. So after Miami didn't go so well, they ordered the hit. Don't know anything about what happened after he was dead except that Ruby owed a lot of money to the mob and I think they were threatening his family as well.

another flaw in you thoery (or should i say lunatic ramblings) jack ruby didnt get the death penalty he was convicted of murder without malice (equivilent to manslaughter which holds a maximum of 5 years jailtime not the death penalty) however it was ruled a mistrial and he died of a pulmonary embolism before they could bring a re-trial against him so officially he was never even guilty

also following the passing of the JFK Act it came to light that many of the so called conspiracy followers who had claimed to have requested information under the freedom of imformation act had not actually made any requests but used this to further their own agendas in making the so called secrecy seem real

'executive action' was never an assinastion plot but the support action given to build up the potential for a military coup to over throw castro

One minor problem with the theory....
I was 12 years old at the time and standing on what is called the "Grassy Knoll" with my father and two uncles when the whole thing happened. If there were Cuba/CIA gunman shooting from the area, they would have been standing on top of me. I can assure you that they were not there.

Sorry, but there were no multiple gunmen. Did not happen. I know because I was there....
