i have an arcade game with bin extension with 24 Kb but i couldent find suitable arcade emulator to start it ... how can I play it ...? the name of the game is Slap Fight

You have a bin (ZIPPED ROM) file named slapbtuk it is 24kb and can be played on the MAME emulator. Your file is for Slap Fight (English bootleg) You should have two files with in the zipped folder and they should be (sf_r19eb and sf_r20eb)
Slap Fight is also known in the US as Alcon

The best arcade emulater by far IMO is MAME just do a google search
