There are soldier casualties, then civilian casualties.
I think the Russian Army had massive casualties. But so did every Allied country, and so did the enemies. You might want to check out wikipedia if you need more detailed figures.

The Soviets. The same genocide that happened with the Nazis happened in the USSR too, but they were our allies. So we don't know much about all that.

Overall, they had the most military and civillian casualties.

Russia did. Stalingrad, Leningrad, and many more sieges and battles around cities exacted a heavy toll on both the military and the civilians.
