You could make up some paper bags and have your picture on the outside. And then write, "The selling of your home is in the bag"! Inside have your Business Card, maybe a pen with your information too.
Heck, you be known as the "Bag Lady". People ask; "Who should I call about selling my home"? And people will say; "Call the 'Bag Lady' she take care of you"!
