I was convicted of a felony 13-14 yrs ago. I'm trying to obtain a certain license for my work and the only thing that is keeping me from it is this felony on my record. How do I get it removed and about how much will it cost me. I live in California if that helps. Thx

Talk to a lawyer and see if you qualify to have the conviction expunged from your record. If you qualify, the lawyer can estimate what it would cost.

This is usally something that has to go to court. Depending on the height of the felony, this could go in your favor. I suggest you hire a lawyer/attorney and discuss the possibilities.
