To dance demonically is to dance with abandon, not caring for consequences. "At the edge of the grave" signifies impending death and destruction.

Therefore, the line means that Antony and Cleopatra are performing actions, careless of consequences, that may lead to grave results, perhaps death for both. They may not necessarily foresee the danger.
