What documentation do you need to purchase property in China (PRC)?

Documentation as in what legal paper work is needed to say that you have bought the land and you are now the owner.

China as in the Peoples Republic of China.

I believe you cannot purchase land in China so what is needed to loan the property?

You can't own land in China. You can only lease it from the government.
