In one of my rentals which is a Mobil home they are a order..
I have tried everything....No leaks, no septic full, nothing stopped up,even removed furnace to see if something could possibly be inside it, to me it smells a little like sewer...have had everything checked...lady states it gets worse as using washer & dryer...this is driving me nuts...let me add she stated sometimes smell is worse than others...electric stove and hot water heater(No gas smell)
Any suggestions I will sure appreciate.

Odor?
Sounds like a dry trap. This is the reason for p-traps, the water in the P keeps the sewer gas out of the drain and entering the living space. Check them all. If you find one that may dry out because it is not used often, pour a little vegetable oil in it. That will float on the water and lessen evaporation.

Does the washer empty into a dry well, instead of the septic tank? If so, is there a trap in the waste line? That might account for a sewery smell when the washer is used.

Check the vent line(s) on the roof. Drainage systems need air to operate properly. They get this air from the vent. If it is clogged (birdsnest, leaves etc) they prevent the air from entering the system. Look down them with a flashlight and, if clogged, remove what you can by hand and then flush with a garden hose. A clogged vent pipe will also cause traps on fixtures to be sucked dry and allow sewer gas to enter the house.
