How can i get my payment if by check or by cash. i am in india, where i can change my check to cash. If there is any problems in google adsence. I am not having any bank account. how can i get my payments.

Google will send you a cheque in US$ the following month after your Adsense earnings have reached $100.
They will first send you a pin number my mail to check the validity of your mailing address.
Now you need to deposit the cheque into your bank account to clear the funds.
If you do not have a bank account then you may have to open one or talk to a money changer about it.

Because of your income levels, there is no need for you to file a 2009 return. The only reason to file is if you had income tax withholdings from your job. In this case you would want to file to have those withholdings refunded to you. Regarding your Adsense earnings, you report those earnings in the year they were "constructively received." To be constructively received, the funds needed to be available to you whether or not you collected them. If you could have taken out that $90 in 2009 but chose not to, they were constructively received in 2009.

I think google sends the checks through mail using the mailing address you specified in your adsense account. You don't have to pay the adsense tax because you live outside the US. You have to explicitly declare in adsense that you live outside the US to avail of your payment.
