I love the omen, the exorcist, misery and nosferatu.horrors are my fave films along with comedy.i cant get enough of horrors :-) i recently seen the last house on the left.its wes cravens first film that he directed in the 70s.i would recommend it to anyone who likes surreal horrors.towards the end it goes completely crazy.very good and theres some bits where the cops are trying to find the murders that has upbeat hillbilly music in the background and almost seems like theyre doing comedy.seems so out of place for a horror.it really has its odd moments but i thought it was very good.works very well together

well i don't like scary movies so i don't have a favorite but if i had to pick the scariest one it would be The Exorcist with The Ring as a close second.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original 1973 version)
disturbing, yet I find it gleefully wicked whenever I watch it.

Carrie's a pretty good old movie. Last scene really scares the hell out of me.
