it sounds like your fish as a swim bladder problem you can buy a solution to put in the water

I have actually seen those fish at my local pet store...
At least the ones I saw were called upside down catfish...
It looks so weird too and I wont buy them because they look like they are dying...
It is so funny to see them move though...
