It looks like there are two movies with that name. One is a DVD movie while the other is a collection of songs.
Anyway, www.anytamil.com seems to sell Indian DVDs and VCDs. On thier site,
Tamil DVD - Indiran Chandiran - Vetri Vizha (starring Kamala Hasan, Vijaya Shanthi ) sells for $12.95. I assume shipping is extra.

By the way, Blockbuster DOES NOT carry this movie. Neither does Netflix or Hollywood video, so good luck trying to rent. :(
