There's a gourmet deli just down the street. They make one with garden vegetables. Yummy! Especially on croissants.

I do !! Have never sold them though.
I mix white albacore tuna (Bumble Bee is the best ) with mayo (gotta be Hellman's ) , a tiny bit of mustard, minced onion, chopped dill pickles, a few shakes of salt, pepper, dill weed, parsley flakes, and paprika. Serve on toasted bread or in a flour tortilla wrap with tomato slices and a little x-tra mayo on the bread or the wrap.

I don't know..some people like quiznos or subway ones..I personally don't eat those at restaurants. I don't know if you have an earthfare near you but they have a kick *** tuna salad..I'm guessing they could make a sammich for ya.
