my doctor's a man and I only wear pads. What should I tell him?

It all depends why you're seeing your doc. You don't need to tell, unless required to do so. However, if your getting a pap- smear, you do need to reschedule. :)

If it is for an OBGYN exam...then you just need to call and reschedule. The will not do a vaginal exam if you are on your period unless it is for a serious reason. But if it is a normal doctor than you should have no problems there. Good Luck.

Well if you are going for a PAP you need to call and reschedule. Just let them know you've got your period that's why you need to reschedule.

If you are going for something else then don't worry about it.

Dr for what? If you are getting an exam like a pap, then yes, there is no need to even go to Dr. But if it's like a check up, there is no need to tell him, unless he asks.

reschedule your appointment. If you go while you are on your period, he will send you home anyway. My doctor who is a female wanted to do en exame on me one time but I told her I was on my period so she rescheduled me.
