yahoo is so "efficient" and so fast in deleting questions and suspending accounts, but why are they so slow in fixing their sites glitches?

Bullet holes.

The inmates are taking over the assylum and shooting up the place.

As far as them and violations, I don't think they check them, all done by machine. The report comes in, your question or answer goes out to you with, "You are in violation of community guide line." They don't tell you why it's a violation and I don't think they know why themselves.
