a bit arrogent to think he could put all those passengers lives in danger like that just cause he didnt want to be "held up" in Italy?? infact he new he had TB before he even went to Europe. but he wasnt "ordered" to stay put till he reached Italy (because then it was discoverd it was a dangerous strain).

oh yes he bragged that he is successful and educated....what he is is WEALTHY and arrogant...and could care less about anyone but his damn honeymoon. now look at the man power is put into finding 80 people to get them tested, because he didnt want to stay put in Italy....

I think he should be arrested and prosecuted. If someone who knows they have AIDS goes out and sleeps with people unprotected, they can be tried in a court of law for attempted murder. Why not the same here?

What an asshole! His doctors told him not to fly, but he went ahead and did it anyways just because he wanted to. And not only did he leave the country knowing that he had a potentially communicable disease, but he flew TWICE. This man should definately be prosecuted. There's got to be a whole slew of international laws that he violated. And all of the other passengers on both planes should be able to sue him for reckless endangerment. At the very least, he should be no-fly listed for life.

More than just a bit arrogant, for sure - either that, or really stupid in not understanding the circumstances of the disease. I suspect it's the arrogance, though, from the reports. I think he should be prosecuted criminally if it's possible.
