A larger monitor will make things bigger. 100 letters sized across 21" are going to be bigger then the same letter across 17". But unless she gets a HUGE monitor, it will probably not be enough.
Try adjusting the screen resolution. Right click on the Desktop and select Properties. In the window that opens, click on the Settings tab. You will see a slide bar in the center left. If you move that bar to the left (so the numbers get smaller) everything on the screen will be larger. But you will also see less of each page and may have to scroll around more.
Within Internet Explorer there is a method to increase the size of things just within Internet Explorer. IF you look in the menu under View, there is a Text Size option. You can change to a larger text size. (You can also change the text by holding down the CRTL key and turning the scroll wheel on your mouse).
Finally, Windows as a program called "Magnifier". From the Start Menu go to Accessories and then Accessiblity. You should find the Magnifies there. When running, it opens a sizable window that magnifies any part of the screen you want for you. With a little practice, she should be able to scroll her cards under the magnifier and make them much larger so she can see them.

You will also need to increase the resolution. If you increase the resolution without buying a larger monitor, she will end up having to scroll left and right, up and down to see all the cards on the game table. If you get a nice big monitor then changing the resolution will not make them go off the sides of the view area. So in short, contrary to the know nothing who gave me a thumbs down and then gave a completely wrong answer, simply buying a larger monitor will NOT increase the size of whats displayed on the screen you will just end up with the same sized icons and cards crowded into a corner with a lot of unused space left over.

you're able to do here: a million) appropriate-click the workstation 2) click residences 3) flow to the Settings tab 4) flow to the sliding bar on the backside that has the call 5) substitute it as much as you like. The extra larger the call numbers, the extra pixels, and the extra extra clever the reveal seems. 6) click ok and your performed. be conscious: counting on your video card and driving force, the pixels will possibly no longer flow up so extreme. I even have here decision: 1280 x 1020 something like that. stable success!

Yes it will.
You can also just reduce the screen resolution to make everything bigger.
Right click on a blank spot on the desk top and select properties, then go to the settings tab and you can reduce the screen resolution here.

You can go to the display options and under appearance choose large fonts then under settings click advanced and choose large also for the dpi setting. This should increase the screen size of fonts and icons to the point it will allow her to see better. Can also go under accessability options in control panel and there are some size incremental options there to assist with viewing

Yeah - a bigger monitor will display bigger - there are ways to make the display bigger but not see everything. You can get a 20" flat screen for about $160 these days. I just bought one last week on sale for that.

Yes the screen size will make the font bigger. Also, there is a way that she can go through the settings and configurations of the computer and make the font size even bigger. I hope that I was able to help.

I don't think a larger monitor will make a difference. But I believe there is a way to make the visuals on your computer bigger. Which is something I am about to try to figure out.
