Several, two that totalled the cars.
My favorite was launching my Miata off the guard rails three times before going off a 10 foot embankment, backwards.
The female state trooper that climbed down to see if I was okay was really hot!!!

Just one. It was my fault. I wrote off my own car, someone elses car, damaged a third car, and a shattered a keep left sign. A passenger in one of the other cars broke 3 ribs, and I sliced both my knees open, smashed my face up some when it went through the window, and damaged some discs in my spine.

2 so far, the first one, no injuries, the second one, sprained neck, still going to physio but the pain doesn't go away!!
