If the subfloor nails have loosened which is normal enough as the foundation settles, you may want to install some cleats to the joists and subfloor. Go underneath and find the squeaking spot. Screw a wooden cleat to the joist and then a screw through the cleat int the subfloor. this is better tha trying to wedge a shim between the joist and subfloor. Shims may shrink and fall out.
The other common way to fix this is to pull up the floor and run screws through the subfloor into the joist to pull them back together. Some work involved in pulling up and laying the floor back down.

If the flooring is nailed down, it would appear that some nails have loosened. You MAY be able to go below the flooring and have someone walk on it and listen for the squeaks. Then, if possible, insert some thin wedges at the floor joists. This may raise the subflooring enough to stop the noise.
