The magnetic field it`s a relativistic effect created when charged particles move at speeds close to light speed.

When this happens the electrical field of the charge (every charge has an electrical field associated with it) changes it`s spatial distribution and the magnetic field it's born!!

Hence, the quantum of the magnetic field it`s the same quantum of the electrical field...
