its simple. jus invite him over to ur house. and when he's comin dress yourself in a sexy fashion. invite him to ur room and first start kissing him. then remove ur dress n show up urself. if he is interested to have sex with u he'l oblidge u. even then if he doesn't react try holdin or rubbimg his penis. am sure that he'l understand ur feelings n co-operate with u. dont come off to desperate but if this guy and you are really in love just ask him to. if this guy is a guy you have a crush on contrary to popular belief chances are he will be weirded out since he will think ur just playing a joke on him.
