I'm afraid i wouldn't stick around to find out.there's no one i would care to meet with glowing red eyes. sounds sinister. unless you have a pet and a dim light in the room that is reflecting off it's eyes. you said who??did you see this or are you just asking in general?

That happens a lot over here. It is the cat and the bathroom light reflects in her eyes.
