Opposites attract, it's a law of science. With that said, I think that there has to be a balance between opposite and similar when it comes to people. Two people who are more opposite than similar will fight. Two people who are more similar will probably be bored. It's all about balance, yin and yang.....

Yes, but make sure the opposites are compliementary to you.
For example a dis-organized with an organized person VS A spiritual person with a non spiritual person.
In the right combination it is great. The opposites attraction will always be there. But you don't have to let the wrong opposite ruin your life.

Perhaps opposites attract, but I think sometimes the differences can be difficult to overcome. But then being with someone similar to you may get boring.

Opposites definitely attract. He is very different outside than me. Speaks his mind, always knows what to say and is never scared. I'm just the opposite. But, on the inside we are alike. That's what counts sweetie.

I definitely believe opposites attract! My husband and I are opposites and we celebrated our 25th anniversary last month. We each bring qualities to our marriage that the other one needs, and we have done things we probably would never have done if we would've married people who are just like us. There is balance in our relationship and it's never boring! We're on the same page when it comes to the most important things (faith, family, finances, and communication) so it's working nicely for us!

Opposites definitely attract, as both friends and lovers. I've had experiences with both and the reason are you're so different you find the other person interesting and can learn alot from each other.

I believe that opposites attract, but it does not always make for a perfect relationship. As you know, other factors must be considered.

I can see a good argument for opposites being a good balance and keeping things interesting. I can also see that it could be a source of friction if they weren't careful and that could be a major problem.
I think being with someone too similar to you would be boring, but I think the chances of me finding someone too similar to me outside of a mental institution are pretty remote.

I think they have to be similar to you in the areas that count (Like spiritual beliefs, moral view points and ethics) but that having some opposites adds spice to the relationship and stops it from becoming stale and boring.
