Will Ford continue to garnish any accounts I open? Can I put money into a joint account with someone else to avoid garnishments until I can file bankruptcy?

The best way to do this would be to have someone else open an account for you, have them put your name on the account as well BUT then, and most importantly, say that the account is for your money only and make them sign a contract. If you do that, i don't think they can garnish it. But thats not my area of expertise, I usually only do criminal work.

they can garnish all accounts they can find, with the permission of the court (which they already have).

file your bk soon. Then all they can do is repo the truck.

you'll likely even be able to get another one [used, of course] through the 'buy here, pay here' dealers after your bk. [Some terms and conditions will likely apply.]
