Chances are if you're under 35 and live in an industrialised country, your sperm counts are probably about half what your father's were. Blame pesticides and a little chemical called dyoxine.
All you can do is quit smoking, eat organic, locally grown produce and take an iron supplement. It might also help to avoid fatty foods, tight underwear, and jeans.
Unless you've had treatment for cancer or suffered from the mumps in adolescence, chances are you have enough sperm to fertilize an egg. Of course, sex is still required.

Masturbation doesn't decrease your sperm count, but it will desensitizes it if you do it too much. You should go a doctor about this problem, to see if your sperm count is low or not.

Actually it does lower your sperm count. If you are trying to have a boy then you should wait a day or more b4 ejaculating to build up the male sperm. If you want a girl then you should have sex as often as you want.

Eat well, reduce/stop smoking &/or alcohol consumption, keep the boys cool (boxers and loose pants/shorts help), avoid masterbation and having sex with your partner every other day will exercise the swimmers without exhausting the supply. Don't forget to keep sex fun though!

It does not decrease your count. Eating healthy and not drinking or smoking will keep your count normal.
