I always try to eat something, even if it's something like yogurt, a banana, and a granola bar. It really helps me maintain energy and keep my mood stable if I eat breakfast. I always try to keep a few portable things in my bag, just in case I'm in a hurry!

YES!!!! FOOD is the first thing I think about every morning....couldn't live without breakfast, my favourite meal of the day. I don't put on weight, I find, by eating breakfast, and I don't exercise that much either. Even if I totally pigged out the night before, I will always have breakfast. It's not too sweet, not too salty, not too sour, just perfect...mmmmmmmmmmmmm. It also wakes me up, gives me an extra boost for the day. I can't seem to sleep in, so I always wake up in time for at least a late breakfast (then usually a small lunch). Eat breakfast, it's good for you and yummy!

I have to eat breakfast every morning so I can take medication. A cinnamon roll from McDonalds is my favorite. I do think that it makes me feel better. The only draw back is that it does "jump start" your metabolism, so I feel as if I am more hungry through the day then when I do not eat breakfast.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day since the food from the previous day had digested. Your body needs more nutritution than from other meals. Dinner is the worst for eating heavily because most people are sedentary in the evening which causes the calories to turn to fat when not used.

Yes, its the most important meal of the day, because your body hasn't had any food since the night before and you will feel drained and get irritable, possibly get a headache as your bloodsugar crashes too - if you dont eat in the morning. Breakfast will give you more energy, make you feel more positive and keep you going until lunchtime.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gets you going and starts you burning calories again..........eat a little something in the morning, even if it's only a bagel or something.

Yeah i have to eat brekky every morning. Especially now cos i'm feeding for two. But anyways if I don't have it I'm always hungry & thinking about food, and thats when I tend to grab something quick like junk food, just to fill that gap

I wish
I love breakfast I can eat it anytime of the day. (no time), I like to have an ham, egg and cheese with bacon, onion, mushroom omelet, hash browns with my tea.
but I do have an X-Large tea with lots of sugar and lots of lemon / pulp in it.
on the weekdays that is my breakfast w/ a yogurt.
It makes me tired not energized.

Yes I do and yes it does. I never use to eat breakfast and the doc said I had to for my health. I had to force myself at first, now it comes natural and if I forget then I eat junky all day.
