once the african continent comes to its senses and joins the rest of the first world... until then those little dictators will run their countries into the ground...

That doesn't seem likely. Nobody wants to give up soverignty. If you are talking about some kind of religious Kingdom of God on Earth that is another matter. I don't necessarily accept or reject that that could ever happen but its not what you would call a predictable event. But as to a flesh and blood human being ruling the world, either by conquering it or otherwise subduing it--no, I don't see that ever happening.

I tihnk it might already be happening now.
The easiest way to control a group is to not let them know.
Make them think all the different leaders are individual and not controlled by the same hand.
Its like the media industry. Its a handful of people who own everything but given different names to confuse people who dont know. I bet the owners of universal and paramount pictures and newline cinema etc, are all the same group or family for that matter.

That will never happen.
Humans are, by nature, aggressive and competitive.
This means that there will always be someone, somewhere trying to gain power through conflict.
Wars have been fought from the beginning of civilization and will continue into the future.

It would be great to do away with the borders and be one people if we could all get along. I hope we would have one government and not just one ruler.
