I would grow up and not worry what others think about me. You notice I didn't say what they thought of me. There is a difference. Why would you care? You can't do anything about it unless you get a plastic surgeon to carve you up. There are no ugly flowers and no ugly human beings. When you get to be my age you will have long forgootten such things. If you are vain, thats your problem. Vanity is a flaw, not a positive thing. Nobody likes a vain person.

I don't know, because I am not vain and I don't get hurt easily. I know I am not ugly but I am not beautiful either, and I honestly do not care what others think. As long as I look decent and respectable and I make my husband happy, nothing else really matters to me.

Well, Ghost,...there are many rude people in this world, and they don't seem to care what you think...beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, and what is ugly to one, might be the best looking guy in the world...so I just ignore them when they say things to me, because I know that they must not feel too good about themselves, to make fun of someone else...and remember, true beauty, comes from within...God Bless...p.s. Nobody has actually called me ugly but they've called different parts of me ugly.When people do I rarely say anything back(unless it's family) and I just try and forget about it.There's nothing else you really can do.
