What do you think of a plan to open a new Theme Park inside Universal Studio by 2009 ?

Very Exciting! Its about time this is done! I have been envisioning a Harry Potter themed attraction since the first book was released! However, to clarify any misunderstandings, this new "Wizard World" will actually be a new land within Universal's Islands of Adventure, not a new theme park. Looking forward to 2009!

To be honest, I'm surprised it took this long. As popular as Harry Potter has been I think that the park will be a huge success. The problem is that I think they should have done it soon, during the prime of Harry Potter.
Harry is popular now, but the final book is coming out, what will the popularity be 2 or 3 years from now when there may not be much done with the book anymore.
There are a ton of Harry Potter fans out there, so I think it will be a huge hit. Depending on the park and the rides, it could be pretty popular with regular theme park visiters as well.
I definitely think it is the right way to go.

I just checked out the concept art on mugglenet.com, looks sweet! If anyone can do it right it'll be Universal Studios. Mugglenet is saying 2010. Kinda of exciting to think you could take a pseudo trip into the wizarding world!

Pretty cool! I think it will be really neat and I am excited about visiting. Universal's attendance has been declining, so I am sure this will boost it back up.
