Just sugar. My Brit friends have terms they use for this. With cream and no sugar, is a "Julie Andrews" (White Nun), Plane with no cream or sugar is a "Whoopie Goldberg" (Black Nun). They use others as well, it is pretty funny.

I daily take my cup of tea with sugar and milk...but as far health concern...i read or i know that Tea without sugar or with lemon is better for our health...try it. ( as i am also going to try...yaaak) i remember once i took black tea with lemon (with sugar) for the treatment of loose motions.(hahaha) it really worked..

I don't like tea. Never have and probably never will. But if I did like it, I would drink iced tea with sugar and lemon. It does look refreshing.

actually i prefer coffee with cream and lots of sugar
but i do like iced tea with lemon and lots of sugar

ya i drink it with sugar, lemon, milk, and i add some salt..it is sooo tasty, try it some time...jk jk jk, don't try it u would throw up..........i only have tea with carnation and like 5 tea spoon sugar, and i don't like it plain

I take it black and strong- two teabags per cup if you're using bags- otherwise, two for the pot and two for the cup if you're using a kettle and tea-pot.
