Try rapidshare.

You will need their FTP server address/login/password details.

Open a web browser, type in
ftp://serveraddress.xxx

It should prompt you for a nmae and password, then just copy the PDF into the FTP folder.

the best thing is zip it and then see how small it be,using winzip software which is used for compressing.
and second option is if u have an account on gmail so u can try to upload on that as well.
