NO it is not possible to supercharge a standard two stroke engine, the exhaust and inlet ports are open at the same time to allow for scavenging.
Scavenging is where the incoming fuel and air push out the exhaust gases, if you fitted a supercharger all you would do is blow fuel and air through your engine filling up the exhaust with explosive gases.
This would mean you would either ride along on a mobile flamethrower or blow your leg off when the exhaust explodes.
The supercharged two strokes mentioned above used two pistons to seperate the incoming and outgoing gasses to boost performance which is a form of supercharching but wouldnt work with a conventional two stroke design today.

Cedley1969's answer is most accurate. A redesigned engine may deal with it but in most practical purposes it will be an exhaust destroyer, a reducer of power, horrendous for the environment (2 strokes are awful anyway without throwing even more unburned fuel out of the exhaust pipe) and 2 strokes do not develop enough torque to drive a supercharger efficiently by a belt.

Yes- easily possible. I'd assume all the mounts, manifolds etc will be custom made.
Considering a supercharger draws power to create it- I'd recommend some form of electrical means of powering it- so the crankshaft doesn't loose too much power.

Yes, but comparing it to a Detroit two-stroke diesel engine is inappropriate. Totally different design. Two-stroke turbo diesels can have MASSIVE boost, they're awesome engines.

A two-stroke petrol engine is a completely different thing - you'll have massive blow-through of fuel and almost all of your boost (and fuel!) will be wasted out the exhaust port before it closes. Add to that an even steeper torque curve and you've got one nasty little beast.

technically yes you could, a supercharger is only creating positive atmosphere with in the cylinder by increasing the volume of air. You would either have to find one for your application or fabricate one for you application. Sounds like a fun project to me.

You don't say what engine you have, but it is still possible, all 2 cycle Detroit diesels are supercharged, or turbocharged, or both.

Yes its been done to death along time ago look up 'split singles' where a twin piston set is used side by side the first (primary piston) compresses the charge and the other piston is used as a combustion chamber. Very old technology

Yes its possible to do it but a two stroke engine has a crazy power curve and with a turbo it would be un-holdable.
