An exchange between our school in NS with a school in Ontario. The best bits? Skating on a HUGE frozen lake and watching an ice 'abyss' form before our very eyes, and playing at the Ontario Science Museum. Yes, I am a nerd. Did I mention it was a band exchange? *grin*

Hershey, Pennsylvania. The whole town smells like chocolate. We lived close enough for it to be a day trip, and we went to the chocolate factory (not much like Willy Wonka's, though) and then to Hershey Park, and amusement park. It was great!

I remember going to "helms" bakery. It showed how the bread was started and the process it took to make it into a loaf of bread. At the end we got a little loaf of bread in a little cardboard box. I sure wish I had saved the box, I am sure it would have a value.
