To begin with, the proper way of saying what you just said is "Talking properly." Unfortunately, there is no one easy solution to your problem. Speaking proper English involves using proper grammar, using the correct forms of verbs ("She goes to the store," rather than "She go to the store"), using the appropriate idioms (these are individual usages that you just have to learn - there is no set of rules for learning all of them, such as knowing that when you want to say someone is a high school student, you say, "He is in high school", rather than "He is at high school," which means that he is physically present at the high school now), not using slang, or colloquial language (gimme, for example, is improper. Give me would be the appropriate term.
Since you mix English and Spanish, I assume that you grew up around people for whom English was not their native language. I did too, so I understand how difficult it is. I was lucky, though, that my parents really wanted to speak English well, and tried very hard to learn. For someone whose parents do not speak well, it is more difficult, because you cannot model your speech after theirs. Pick your role models carefully. Know that many of your classmates may not speak properly. Neither, unfortunately, do many celebrities or people in the media (advertising is often deliberately incorrect, thinking they are being cute, but it makes life very difficult for people like you), and embarrassingly, even our President speaks poorly. Listen to your teachers and other educated native speakers and become aware of the differences between the way they speak and the way your friends and family do. If you have someone you trust, ask them to correct you (in private, so they don't humiliate you) when you make a mistake. That is what my mother did, and she now speaks very properly, even though she is from another country.

I am unsure of what you would like to know. Are you using Spanish words in place of English words or perhaps your grammar is incorrect? Is it that your teacher just does not like your accent?
Your teacher is correct, "ain't" is not a word, however that has nothing to do with speaking Spanish.
To talk proper is to speak the language correctly. The interpretation of this will be different depending on the dialect of the judge. Proper English in England and proper English in the Southern United States would not be the same.
Let's correct your question:
Talking proper...? This is a sentence fragment and does not communicate a complete thought.
How's it done? You have created another sentence fragment. How is what do?
Talking properly, how is it done? or How does one 'talk proper'" Either of these are proper questions.
Can someone gimme some phrases or something with "proper english" as my english teacher says. Gimme is not a word, "english" must be capitalized and the phrase "as my english teacher says" is misplaced and confusing. As well, this is a question, not a statement so it requires a question mark.
Can someone give me some phrases or something using, as my English teacher says, proper English?
She's having trouble teaching me not to mix english and spanish, and always telling me never say "aint." Again, capitalization on English and Spanish, comma is not properly used as well "always telling me never say aint" is a miswritten quote. Who is she? You do not indicate that your English teacher is female before this so your subject can be taken to be slightly ambigious.
She is having trouble teaching me how to not mix my English and Spanish, she is always telling "never say aint."
How do you talk proper? This question is ok, but you are not asking me personally, you are asking anyone, so the pronoun "one" is properly used here.
How does one talk properly? or How does one 'talk proper"?
All of these sentences are properly constructed.
To learn to speak better, practice reading and listening to properly spoken English like the news.

First of all, you do not say, "gimme". It is not a word.
Try, "give me"
