I have Uninstalled the Norton Anti Virus thru Add/Remove Program. I also run the Norton Removal Tool. But still I can see traces of Norton in my Drive C. The Folder name is Addon (which is 107 MB) and it contains six subfolders.
Should I delete this Folder to get rid of Semantec (Norton) Traces?

A comment made that if you remove the folder, it will cause your pc to be unstable is not true. Nortons when removed leaves about 375 fragments glued to your files, folders, registry and hidden all over your system. Nortons hates for you to remove thier junk. Conflict is caused with the fragments left my Nortons.

Here is a free program Delete Doctor 2.1 will remove a write protected file, dll, or difficult file that will not delete. Follow the instruction on how to use the file to delete Nortons.

Use delete on next reboot after you have found Nortons with the delete doctor.

If you go to the Symantic website they have Removal Tool with all the step by step to get rid of NAV program.
I would research google before I would delete addon @ 107mb cos that's a lot dude or back it up onto memory stick or something incase it is needed.♥

you can try to delete it but Norton has some files that embed themselves into system files that if deleted will cause the computer to malfunction.Sorry to say but Symantec likes to know what your doing after you stop using their anti-virus.
go ahead antry it but if it messes up anything just go to the recycle bin and reinstall it.
