All time its Sachin Tendulkar. But if u ask recent then it must be Rahul Dravid from India. Or it can Matthew Hayden or Ricky Ponting. In bowlers Shaun tait or Lasith Malinga. Indian must be Zaheer Khan. Give some details dude. Best team is no doubt Aussie!!

I think the best player in the world is R icky Ponting.He is the most consistent and attacking player and has always helped in winning the match for his team.Moreover he also has the responsibility of captaining his team and very few players in this world has maintain that consistency of consistently winning and performing.

SACHIN TENDULKAR!!

The greatest batsman the world has ever known. He has got many centuries. No other batsman has ever really dared to overtake his no. of centuries, not even Brian Lara. I don't think Ponting will overtake him either as Sachin is still going good.
