Off is best. Your comp and the mac OS will handle just about anyhing you can throw at it, but if ALL your aps are not absolutely perfect, you may get a bomb or a frown

Either way really makes no difference to the computer, Macs are built with higher end components than your standard PC and can run fine for days without a need to "rest"

oooh me to but im addicted to macs,,, i'd say put it to sleep if you use it ALL THE TIME,,, it takes more power to turn it on and off, than to put it to sleep.... but if you dont use it alot then i'd say turn it off

well if you plan on it doing something overnight then put it to sleep... if not then turn it off.
