Who is sending my g/f comments on myspace saying that he has naked pictures of her and will post them on the internet.
The creep even went as far as to point out a scar she has that no one knows about except for me and her family. So he may be stocking her.
If i can find out who this is, what legal action can be taken?

no one took pics of her. He is claiming to have pics of her.(ie through a window or something)

I don't believe she allowed for the pictures to be taken because apparently he has some of me having sex with her.

You cannot do anything, it is up to your girlfriend to pursue the matter.
She could contact Myspace and file a complaint against the user that is posting the comments and find out how to block any further attempts by him to contact her (they may delete his account).
If she thinks someone is taking pictures of her through her window, then she she invest in some heavy drapes. It is more likely it is an ex-boyfriend or even a female rival that may have seen the scar in a gym class.
If the person ever actually did post pictures of her without her prior written consent, at that point it could be come a criminal case and she could file a complaint with the police dept. and FBI.

Well if you truly think that he is stalking her and illegally took pictures of her then you should call the police and they could attempt to identify this guy and charge him with invasion of privacy and/or stalking, harassment, thereatening etc.
However, Im guessing that it is more likely they he is either just saying that he has these pictures but doesn't (Im not sure about the scar thing though) OR even more likely that this is a previous boyfriend of hers who she allowed to take pictures of her. I think your girlfriend probably knows more than she is tellings.

Nothing...she was dumb enough to let him take pics of her. She made her bed...she deals with it
