The issues/subjects you want to talk about are very relevant today. However, it may be better to write the book first in Marathi and then have it translated into English and other languages so that you get wider readership.
Try to look around for some local-language publishers.

good luck

Your motives for this project are unsound. You are thinking about the fame of publishing a great book before the book is even written, even in outline. Judging by the way you have constructed your question, and despite that your first language isn't English, You come across as slightly misguided in the basics of writing anything let alone a novel.

I suggest a course in creative writing so that you can come to understand the process of construction of ideas on the page. Rather than feed your ego in an attempt to gain points I think in your present mind set, the road is a long one. I wish you all the best..

First thing first.
It is a good idea to write a book, I welcome it.
The subject you have chosen to write is also appealing.
However, I must advise you, writting a book and publishing it, is not a work of any Tom and Harry.
First learn to read! Read the books on the subject you have chosen to write about, Think about what you have read from others, Research on what you have gained from others' thoughts and then proceed to write.
Again when you have written a few pages, take time to read them and if you feel what you have written is worthwhile reading, pass it on to those who are peers in that subject and if they encourage you, complete the writting, get it peer reviewed and then think of publishing.
Take it easy.
