Well my goals would take more than a day but before I worked on America's problem I would fix the truly poverty stricken third world countries and give them basic needs such as clean water, medicine, health care, basic human rights to speech, expression, religion, etc without fear of corporal punishment from their gov't. A higher wage then less than $1 a day that many of them get.
I would fix America in the way that our employment opportunities were heighten and less dependency on the gov't would be needed.
And after my work is done, I'll kick back and have some fun.

first action as royalty is going to be the same as any other day...... Go to the Royal Throne Room and take a dump while reading the paper to get up on the news of the day.
Multitasking is the key.
Then I would ban all the droopy pants. Next
Outlaw cell phone and watch all the cell phone adicts curl up and wither.
Make people learn to read books.
Make people take walks and talk to each other.

01) Have everyone I know given a stipend for life of $2,000,000 a year, sorry but there should be limits (uh, tax free, of course, hehe).
02) Universal Health Insurance.
03) Have the Royal Treasury IMMEDIATELY transferred to my name and shipped to my house!
04) Still ignore the Peasants - I know their out there somewhere!
05) Have Diana secretly dug up and reburied where no one would know but me!
06) Order mandatory Plastic Surgery for all Windsor's.
07) Oh, have free Plastic Surgery for anyone who wanted to have it, as part of a Campaign to Beautify the Country.
08) Make Drugs and Prostitution legal.
09) Free Speech for all.
10) Make sure that I pass a law, where when everyone greets me from that day forward, they don't say, "hello, its nice to see you again," INSTEAD they HAVE to say, "d-mn, you hot! You been working out? No, really man?"
11) Make all the previous laws "permanant for my life-time" and then turn it over to someone who would WANT to be King.

I would make sure every kid is taken care of.Food clothes etc. Getting the justice system on track. Make sure every school have enough books, supplies because they are the future. And for familes to spend more time together but make it mandatory that wages go up and only work 3 days out of the week

abolish the monarchy once and for all!
we dont need 'kings and queens and princes and princesses' etc.etc. waste of taxpayers money!!!
who needs them when we have democracy (not much better but its an improvement!)
but all that after my day was up....hmmmm lets see
every kid gets everything they need (not necessarily want!!)
no starving kids
financial support for those who need it..
making ppl self sufficient
everyone gets a say
water recycling plants
green energy
stuff like that
