Are you planning to have kids?
Usually, frequent (more than 3 times a week) of unprotected sex for a year will usually result in pregnancy. Otherwise, investigations are warranted.
If you have been pregnant before with the same guy, odds are, you will get pregnant with more frequent sexual intercourse.
These days, both partners will be investigated. Sperm analysis will be done on your husband/partner. Whereas, the female would have to undergo hormonal investigations, along with imaging if necessary.
Good luck

It is possible but sometimes 2 people are just not compatible. Doctors also miss things and are a little snooty about things. Like when a woman ovulates HAH, every woman is totally Different and if you really want to make sure you are having sex on the fertile nights , then have sex everynight pretty much everyday you ar enot on yrou period.
